Delivery of products is via DPD. The parcel arrives at its destination within 48-72 hours after order confirmation.

If the parcel arrives damaged we will return the money to you. For this we will need pictures of the damaged product in its original packaging (in which it arrived). The product must be opened. You can send the pictures by whatsapp to the agent who took your order.
